The Results

Today, Factory 52 continues to welcome new tenants to a “city within a city” where they can live, drink, eat, play, shop, and work out. In addition to offering a variety of apartments, Factory 52 is home to an entire entertainment district that includes pickle ball courts, retailers, breweries, a dog park, a food hall, and much more.

The Challenge

Reimagining a 20.6 acre site and transforming a factory built in 1900 into a brand-new lifestyle destination in Cincinnati presented no shortage of challenges. Whether if it was acquiring building permit approvals or working with state agencies to sign off on liquor permits for restaurant tenants, PLK Communities faced a variety of hurdles in navigating the complexity of government relations.

The Solution
